Y/Our Story: A Different Kind of Book Club

Y/OUR STORY is a different kind of book club, where you pick a book or film from our list of suggested titles, then join us each month for an informal community conversation about current events, society, culture and other topics that will inform, inspire and challenge you.

Join us for a book and film discussion, followed by a panel discussion on topics relating to Race and Racism with panelists:

  • Dr. Randie Gottlieb, Multicultural Education Specialist, and Executive Director of UnityWorks
  • David Morales, Washington State Commission on Hispanic Affairs 
  • Rodrigo F. Renteria-Valencia, Ph.D., Assistant Professor of Anthropology and Museum Studies at Central Washington University
