All Library locations are offering Contact-Free Holds Pick Up. Beginning 11/16/2020, some libraries will reopen with limited hours and services. All other Library buildings are still closed to the public until further notice. The City of Toppenish established a permanent city library in 1922. In 1954, the City of Toppenish purchased the library’s current building from the Yakama Indian Nation. The Mary L. Goodrich Toppenish Library joined the Yakima Valley Regional Library System in 1980, then annexed in 2001.
