    There are a number of ways to access historical newspapers. Yakima Valley Libraries has limited runs of past newspapers, some of which are available online. You can also find microfilmed issues available at Yakima Central Library. Bound copies of local newspapers are available by appointment.

    Digital copies of selected newspapers are available online at the links provided below. Some websites provide digital images of an entire page of the paper. You search by date; some sites will allow you to do word searches on the page being displayed. Other sites index and present information as articles, allowing you to search by topic.
